POWDER COATING
Powder Coating is an environmentally friendly method of painting. Powder paint is applied to metal substrates that have been treated with adhesion promoting chemicals, and processed through an electrostatic painting process followed by curing the paint particles to the part in an oven at 300F - 400F for a calculated amount of time.
HIGH VOLUME INDUSTRIAL POWDER COATING LINE
The powder coating line includes a 3 stage iron phosphate wash with two RO water rinse stages to prepare the part surface with adhesion promoting chemicals, followed by a dry off oven to ensure a pristine clean surface on the part before painting. The line then continues through an electrostatic powder coating booth to apply the powder particles to the part and then run through a cure oven where the powder particles of the paint are cured at 300 deg F - 400 deg F.
WET PAINTING
Wet painting provides a more durable and corrosion resistant finish for industries such as the oil field, naval, aerospace, locomotive, and other heavy use industries. We have very large part profile capability as well.
SILK SCREENING
Our silk screening services help provide the customer with this additional process for a one stop shop to provide all of your coating requirements in one place.
Mixed Catalysed Ink is applied per specification to the part, providing the detailed graphic art/numbering required.
MEDIA/SAND BLASTING
Media blasting provides both surface profile for adhesion of paint, especially for those heavy duty industries; and the ability to remove corrosion from material, be it newly made parts or old ones that need some care.
